  • With over 15 years of experience, of which 5 years in a Senior Management role heading up a group compliance function in a large financial organization, Bronwyn is a seasoned professional in the legal and compliance fields. She holds the above prestigious titles demonstrating her commitment to excellence and adherence to global standards.
  • Bronwyn is recognized as a Phase 1 Approved Compliance Officer by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), highlighting her expertise in regulatory compliance within the financial sector.
  • In addition to her legal and compliance credentials, Bronwyn possesses a diverse skill set in material content development and facilitation. Her educational background includes an MBA obtained from Regent Business School in 2013, providing her with profound insights into business management, processes, and operations.
  • Beyond her professional endeavors, Bronwyn is deeply involved in academia, conducting Master classes in Business Law and moderating Business Administration examinations for Regent Business School. Her commitment to education extends to youth leadership development, as she serves as the founder of Thrive Foundation NPO, which focuses on enhancing youth employability through training and support.
  • She received Business Accenture Gender Mainstreaming 1st place Regional Award and 5th place National Award in Southern Africa recognized as a Positive Role Model.
  • Furthermore, Bronwyn is dedicated to giving back to her community as the Deputy Chairman of the Alumnae Executive Committee for Pietermaritzburg Girls High School. In this role, she spearheads initiatives to promote and celebrate the school legacy of sisterhood and provide bursary or scholarship opportunities for exceptional young girls, empowering them to achieve their academic and professional aspirations.
